SHIRODHARA

 

Shirodhara is a  unique and holistic technique to calm down the nervous system, by maintaining a constant flow of herbal liquid or oil over the forehead for a given time.

TAKRADHARA

 

Takradhara is a form of Shirodhara (herbal oil pouring on the forehead) where medicated buttermilk, which has tremendous cooling properties, is used as the main ingredient for the treatment. It is poured onto the forehead in a constant stream.

ABHYANGA SWEDA

 

The Abhyanga Sweda is a full body massage enhanced with a soothing and cleansing steam treatment. A hot steam is the perfect continuation to the body massage, as it helps the detoxing process as perspiration removes the leftover toxins.
